Summerfun Registration

Applications will be accepted, accompanied by a non-refundable deposit, in person or by mail. Every effort is made to place children in groups that accommodate their interests, remain balanced by gender and age, and promote and reflect diversity among participants.

Requests for specific section placements can be made in writing during registration. We do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible. Final placement, however, is at the discretion of the director.

CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Summerfun welcomes children with a wide variety of strenghts and challenges. If your child is a student with special needs, please be sure to provide us with any relevant information with your application. Children with special needs are accepted into our program on a case-by-case basis. We are not able to meet the needs of every child.

Waiting Lists

Once a group is full we will automatically place other applicants on a waiting list. Parents will be notified in writing and deposit checks will be returned pending admission. Families on the waiting list will be notified as soon as an opening becomes available.

Cancellations / withdrawals

If an individual wishes to withdraw from a group, the School will contact students on a waiting list to fill the opening. If a group has insufficient enrollment, it will be cancelled by May 30. Parents will be contacted by phone, and the deposit will be returned.

Food

A simple snack will be provided for our youngest campers in our Farm program. All other children should bring a snack, and the children staying for the morning and afternoon programs bring their own lunches. In good weather all afternoon groups join together on the School grounds for a picnic lunch after an end-of-the-morning singing time.

Financial Aid

Financial aid is available to qualified applicants, up to 50% of the total fee. Please call the School for more information about financial aid and the necessary forms.
